Allegra Grant

Allegra Grant

Allegra Grant is a classically French trained chef with over 10 years of restaurant & hospitality experience. She studied at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina and has devoted her career to practicing sustainable global cuisine. Allegra cooks with the season while sourcing the best ingredients for her clients. She absolutely loves preparing full flavored nourishing meals to delight the palate. Not only can she cook, she is also trained in French Pastry.

Allegra has coordinated and managed large culinary events nationally promoting the humane treatment of livestock and organically produced ingredients. She has directed food and beverage festivals while coordinating every aspect from venue selection, vendor services and event logistics. She also has been selected to be part of a team of international chefs for large fund-raising galas and intimate charity dinner parties.

Her southern and Hispanic roots have given her an appreciation for blending sweet and savory flavors notched up a bit with just enough “heat” to make her foods unique, delicious and memorable.

Brooke Bloomquist

Brooke Bloomquist

Brooke Bloomquist, is a California native, who previously held executive positions in both hospitality and sales and marketing. Brooke has lived in California, New York, Hawaii, Nashville and now North Carolina. She has traveled throughout the country and the world. She enjoys sharing her travel experiences through the events and experiences she creates. Most importantly, Brooke has gained a reputation for creating impeccable timelines down to the last detail! She takes pride in checking each and every item off of the list. When she’s not producing events, Brooke can be found at her family’s distillery. She has trained and is certified as a master distiller. Whether its creating signature cocktails or enjoying a time with her friends and family Brooke’s positive and social attitude reverberates throughout the southeast.
